While it makes an interesting urban legend, this information is inaccurate. The truth is that Charles Manson visited a Church of Scientology only once. He was given a personality test, and classified as psychotic, and denied services. That was the extent of it. He never got past reception.
Scientology don't see people as psychotic, they see them as having thetans. The only people they keep out are SP's. The sea org is different, but they would not refuse a guy entry after 1 session if he paid.
